Coupling

The plum-shaped elastic coupling is a whole plum-shaped elastic ring installed between the convex claws of two identical half couplings, so as to realize the connection of the two half-couplings. The compression force is transmitted, and the elastic deformation of the elastic element can compensate the relative displacement of the two axes to achieve shock absorption and buffering.

Because the plum-shaped elastic coupling is only subjected to the squeezing force in the process of transmitting torque, it is not subject to the torque usually experienced by the rotating parts. It is not easy to wear during use and the service life is greatly improved. The working environment temperature is -20 ~ 80 ℃.
