How to maintain the operation of tubular pipe belt conveyor?
Before and during the operation of the tubular pipe belt conveyor, it must be inspected and monitored. During its operation, it is inspected twice a day, and detailed inspection is carried out at the unloading place. In order to prevent the conveyor belt from being jammed by the structural frame and the material guide groove, etc., causing damage to the conveyor belt and affecting the structural frame, the conveyor belt should be adjusted. Another purpose of adjusting the conveyor belt is to prevent the conveyed materials from leaking along the conveying line due to the incorrect overlapping position during the conveying process. The alignment and adaptation of the conveyor belt must be checked under no-load, half-load and full-load conditions. At the beginning of the adjustment and inspection, that is, when the conveyor is installed with the first conveyor belt and then replaced with a new conveyor belt, after all relevant components are completed, the conveyor must be started as a routine installation inspection. Start the conveyor without load and send someone to properly monitor the conveyor along the entire line.
The adjustment of the conveyor belt is preferably carried out separately, so that on a longer conveyor line, the work of repeatedly adjusting the idlers can be omitted. In addition, the adjustment work should start from the rail pulley of the conveyor, along the feeding section, the bearing section to the head, so that the flat conveyor belt normally passes through the driving pulley, and then returns to the tail pulley through the tensioning device along the return section. In order to adjust the conveyor belt, there are two adjusting idlers on each idler panel installed with idler groups, which are located in the bearing section and the return section respectively. The adjustment idlers is usually located at the bottom of the hexagonal idler group opposite the overlap of the conveyor belt. When the conveyor passes through the horizontal bending section, the adjustment idler is usually skewed to the inside of the bending radius.
When adjusting the conveyor belt, first confirm whether it is necessary to rotate the overlapping part of the conveyor belt clockwise or counterclockwise, so that the overlapping part is located at the top (bearing branch) or bottom (backward branch) of the polygonal idler set, and then determine which Which idlers at the idler panel need to be adjusted. After determining the roller frame to be adjusted, loosen its fixing nut to enable the roller frame to rotate. Then turn the idler frame to a correct direction. Take care to prevent excessive adjustment of the adjustment idler. The amount of adjustment should be smaller. Adjust 3 or 4 sets of adjacent adjustment idlers. Then observe for about 5 minutes to make this adjustment work and make further adjustments. Which idler has been adjusted should be marked on the idler panel for reference. Once the conveyor belt is running in the idler panel, it should be transported at half load, and then at full load test. After adjustment of the conveyor belt, all adjustment idler frames must be retightened.
If it is found that the torsion of the conveyor belt has not been improved after adjusting a series of adjustment idlers, the adjusted adjustment idlers should be reset, and then the next series of adjustment idlers should be adjusted. In this way, an effective conveyor belt adjustment method can be obtained. Practice has shown that the diagonal idllers in the hexagonal roller set can not only support the load, but also adjust the operation of the conveyor belt by adjusting its forward tilt position, that is, it can be used to adjust the torsion of the conveyor belt, of course Will increase a certain power consumption. In the adjustment process of the conveyor belt, the methods of adjusting and adjusting the idler idller and the inclined idler can be comprehensively used to obtain better results. Bending phenomenon often occurs in the curved section of the conveyor. On the one hand, the conveyor belt is deformed to increase the twisting and other unfavorable conditions. On the other hand, the running resistance and power consumption are increased. To this end, the guiding of the conveyor belt of the curved section is achieved. The horizontal idler and vertical idler in the picture can be adjusted to be inclined, just like the aforementioned adjustment idler, to correct the twist of the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt has the nature of running-in. After a period of running-in, it will show fixed running characteristics under certain specific constraints. As long as there is no major change in this specific constraint, the tubular belt conveyor will Maintain the existing operating state unchanged.
